Who we are

Maple Play Arena is run by Dana and Rob Mercier in Calgary, Alberta. Contact: hello@mapleplayarena.com, (587) 214-0933, Unit 114, 4820 Westwinds Drive NE.

Entry

Wristbands cover two hours from the time they're issued and are not transferable between children. Entry is subject to capacity; on busy weekends we occasionally hold people at the door for a few minutes.

Party deposits

$75 to hold a date. Refundable if you cancel more than seven days ahead, otherwise it's applied to a future booking within six months. We've never kept a deposit outright and don't intend to start.

If we close unexpectedly

Power cuts, water problems and, twice now, a blizzard. If we close on a day you've booked, the deposit carries or is refunded in full, your choice.

Responsibility

Play involves risk. Supervising adults are responsible for their own children, and the height and supervision rules exist to reduce injuries rather than to remove them entirely. We carry public liability insurance and follow the inspection schedule on the play zones page.

Lost property

Kept four weeks in a bin behind the counter. Water bottles and single mittens make up most of it.
