Questions we get asked

Short answers to the things people ask before they get in touch.

What ages is it for?

The soft-play frame suits roughly one to eleven; the arcade pulls in everyone, including the odd dad who won't admit it. Under-fives have a fenced area to themselves.

Do I need to book a party ahead?

For weekends, yes — the party rooms go fast, especially in winter. Midweek is more relaxed. Send a date and we'll tell you what's free.

Can parents stay?

Of course, and it's free for adults. There's seating around the frame and a coffee counter, and socks are required for grown-ups on the play structure too.

Are the arcade machines on tokens or a card?

A tap card you top up at the door — no loose tokens to lose. Any credit left stays on the card for next time.

Do you take school or daycare groups?

Yes, midweek by arrangement. Tell us numbers and ages and we'll sort a time, a rate and space to leave coats and lunches.
