Privacy

We keep very little. There's no account to make, no app, and no newsletter.

At the counter

Entry is anonymous. We don't ask for a name for a general visit. Card payments are handled by our payment terminal provider; we never see or store card numbers.

Party bookings

A name, a phone number, an email and the date. Kept for a year so we can sort out anything that comes up, then deleted.

Cameras

There are cameras over the entrance, the main floor and the party room doors. Footage is kept fourteen days and then overwritten. It's viewed only if there's an injury or an incident. There are no cameras in the washrooms or the toddler room's changing corner.

This website

No forms, no sign-up, no analytics. The server logs requests — address, time, page — and deletes them after seven days. Fonts load from Google's font service, which means a request carrying your IP address goes there.

Asking us

Email hello@mapleplayarena.com and we'll tell you what we have, correct it, or delete it. In Alberta you can also raise a concern with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner.
